At LXL Goods & Supplies, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Certain items (personal care, intimate goods, clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.

✅ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

✅ Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

✅ How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@lxlgoodsnsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
• Any item returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
